50 Postpartum Affirmations to Help You Love Your New Life

My postpartum journey hasn’t been an easy one. From having gained almost 30lbs due to bed rest and feeling ugly in my own body, to struggling with breastfeeding and suffering from a whole lot of anxieties, those first few months have been incredibly stressful for me.

But because I had so much support primarily from my husband and my mother-in-law, I was able to get through this period. I learned to love and cherish my body once more before getting back into shape, I enjoyed the uninterrupted time I had with my boy before starting my new job, and I overall remember this period as a very happy one, despite all the issues.

To help out all struggling postpartum moms out there, here is a list of my favorite postpartum affirmations (I am a huge fan of affirmations, have been for a long time), so you can focus on being proud of your accomplishments and strong throughout the challenges.
